Creekside Coverings: 5-Year Workmanship and Craftsmanship Warranty

Creekside Coverings takes great pride in the quality of our workmanship and craftsmanship. We stand behind every project we complete and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction long after the job is done.


Warranty Coverage

We warrant that all workmanship and craftsmanship provided by Creekside Coverings will be free from defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of project completion. This warranty specifically covers the installation and construction methods used by our team.


What Is Covered

  • Defects in workmanship directly related to construction or installation performed by Creekside Coverings.
  • Loss of structural integrity in installed features due to workmanship errors.
  • Repairs or corrections are required as a direct result of poor craftsmanship.


What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, or natural weathering of materials.
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, or alterations made by others.
  • Defects or failures in materials (which may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable).
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to storms, flooding, fires, or other natural events.


Warranty Service

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Creekside Coverings will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected workmanship at no cost to the customer. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and must include proof of purchase and project details.


Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Creekside Coverings’ liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
